I work from an integrative approach, with a gender, relational and social perspective. There is no set duration. Some people come for a short time and others need a longer process. We build it together, according to what you need and how you feel. We will agree on the frequency together, depending on the needs of each particular case and your personal situation. Ideally, we should start with weekly sessions so that we can get to know each other and I can build up a complete picture of how you construct your world and what your personal history is.
