Individual therapy is an intimate and confidential space where we work on what you need at this point in your life. This may be anxiety, sadness, personal crises, difficult relationships, self-esteem, trauma, or simply the desire to live with greater clarity and well-being.
Through conversation, reflection and psychological tools, we will come to understand your history, how you relate to others and how you manage your feelings.
From a respectful and professional perspective, I accompany you in discovering your inner resources and building new ways of being with yourself and your environment.
