Here you will find practical information about how I work, what the online sessions are like, payment methods, cancellations, and other important aspects so that you feel secure and supported from the very beginning.

You don't have to be in a deep crisis to seek therapy. If you feel stuck, if something is hurting you, or if you can't cope with certain emotions, situations, or decisions on your own, that's reason enough to ask for help.
Therapy is also a space for self-care and self-discovery.

In the first session, I will listen to you calmly, without judgement. You will tell me what brought you here, and we will assess whether this space can help you.
You don't have to come with everything clear in your mind: you can simply come with a feeling, a question or the desire to take care of yourself.

I work from an integrative approach, with a gender, relational and social perspective. This means that I adapt therapy to each person, combining clinical tools with a view that takes into account the bonds, the body, the social context and the structural violence that can affect us.

There is no set duration. Some people come for a short time and others need a longer process. We build it together, according to what you need and how you feel. You can always decide to pause or end the process when you deem it necessary.

We will agree on the frequency together, depending on the needs of each particular case and your personal situation. Ideally, we should start with weekly sessions so that we can get to know each other and I can build up a complete picture of how you construct your world and what your personal history is. We can then space out the consultations and add more personal work tasks between sessions.

It's okay. Many people come for the first time without really knowing how it works. You don't need to know what to say or do it “right”; I will be with you every step of the way. This is a space where you can speak freely and receive support without judgement or demands.

Although I have specialised training in feminism, gender violence and diversity, I work with people of all identities, orientations and life situations.
Anyone looking for a safe, professional and non-judgmental space is welcome.

Yes. I work exclusively online because it allows for greater accessibility, convenience, and continuity, wherever you are. I use secure platforms and will help you ensure that the virtual space is also a safe and private environment.

It is important that you feel comfortable with the person accompanying you. If, after the first few sessions, you feel that I am not the right professional for you, we can discuss it openly and respectfully. I will not hold you back or judge you. Your well-being and the consistency of the process are paramount.
